The International Workshop on Surveillance and Screening of Blood-borne Pathogens
is back again this year, and the 27th workshop will be held as a virtual event
4-6 May 2021
The annual IPFA/PEI workshop is recognised as the leading event for discussion and assessment of all types of risks caused by infectious agents which may have an impact on the safety of blood components and plasma medicines. It addresses the detection, inactivation and epidemiology of new or old agents. The event will be valuable to all professionals with an interest in maintaining the safety of blood and plasma supply for patients.
Our Scientific Committee of recognised experts is finalising the scientific programme which will be announced shortly.
